How do I check the status of my order?
A: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Note: During “FREE U.S SHIPPING” sales, a tracking number may not be available. During such sales, a shipping email notification will be sent out only.
How long do I have to wait for my item(s)?
A: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3-10 business days depending on your location.
Are you shipping internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship internationally but not worldwide. Deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, depending on your location. But due to the pandemic, we ask to please expect to wait 9+ weeks for delivery; deliveries could occur earlier depending on the carrier.
What if I haven’t received my order?
A: If you haven’t received your order within 15 calendar days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name, and order number - and we will assist you.
Can I get a refund?
A: We put the FUN in no refunds! Due to COVID-19, for sanitary purposes, all items are FINAL SALE. Please purchase with confidence!
*Prior to COVID-19 items were eligible for replacement if they were defective or damaged. Exchanges would only be processed within 7 days after receiving your item; we only do exchanges for the same item. We do not cover shipping costs for exchanged items and require a restocking fee.
KittyFXShop is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while in transit to the customer. Please contact carrier if your item is lost or stolen.
We do not currently accept exchanges for international purchases. If we receive an international item, the package will be returned to you and no exchange will be issued.
