How do I check the status of my order?

A: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Note: During “FREE U.S SHIPPING” sales, a tracking number may not be available. During such sales, a shipping email notification will be sent out only.

How long do I have to wait for my item(s)?

A: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3-10 business days depending on your location. 

Are you shipping internationally?

A: Yes, we do ship internationally but not worldwide. Deliveries generally take between 7-21 days to arrive, depending on your location. But due to the pandemic, we ask to please expect to wait 9+ weeks for delivery; deliveries could occur earlier depending on the carrier.

What if I haven’t received my order? 

A: If you haven’t received your order within 15 calendar days from receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kittyfxshop@gmail.com with your name, and order number - and we will assist you.

KittyFXShop is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while in transit to the customer. Please contact carrier if your item is lost or stolen. 

Can I get a refund?

A: We put the FUN in no refunds! Due to COVID-19, for sanitary purposes, all items are FINAL SALE. We don't accept refunds or cancellations. Please purchase with confidence!
